- Serving in our dining room during breakfast, lunch & dinner, including silver service, preparing the early riser, afternoon tea, midnight snack stations and the set up for our BBQ night and lunch buffet on the Lido deck
- Takes part in weekly overall cleaning, inventorying, loading stores & provisions, helps in other areas of service as directed
- Will be assigned to other departments or duties as necessary.
