  • Plans and prepares all baked goods: breads for passengers and crew meals, breakfast pastries, tea cakes, birthday cakes and table decorations as directed by HM
  • Maintains Baker’s/ Pastry Chef’s provisions and ordering as necessary in co-operation with the Chef de Cuisine
  • Must keep a schedule that allows for early preparation of fresh breakfast rolls & pastries
  • As the Baker/Pastry Chef’s is somewhat independent, he/she must ensure the galley is clean before the next day shift comes on.
