  • Serving in our dining room during breakfast, lunch & dinner, including silver service, preparing the early riser,  afternoon tea, midnight snack stations and the set up for our BBQ night and lunch buffet on the Lido deck
  • Takes part in weekly overall cleaning, inventorying, loading stores & provisions, helps in other areas of service as directed
  • Will be assigned to other departments or duties as necessary.

  • Daily maintenance of the stock and supply set up of the two bars (Lido & Lounge)
  • After bar hours in charge to offer Passenger Cabin Service with Cabin Steward/ess on call
  • Maintains the "duty bar" from mid-morning until closing, depending on passenger demand, in co-operation with the Barkeeper
  • Responsible for afternoon tea table set up for passengers
  • Inventories the stock and prepares orders in co-operation with the Bar Keeper and Maitre d Hotel.

  • Will keep the reception available to assist passengers as requested and provide needed information
  • Operates the ship's Souvenir Boutique including inventories and orders
  • Handle currency exchange
  • Issuing and inventory of crew uniform as directed
  • Will handle paperwork as directed by the Purser
  • Ensures the Company policies and Garbage Management Plan are obeyed
  • May be assigned to other departments or duties as necessary and directed by HM including restaurant service.

  • Plans and prepares all baked goods: breads for passengers and crew meals, breakfast pastries, tea cakes, birthday cakes and table decorations as directed by HM
  • Maintains Baker's/ Pastry Chef’s provisions and ordering as necessary in co-operation with the Chef de Cuisine
  • Must keep a schedule that allows for early preparation of fresh breakfast rolls & pastries
  • As the Baker/Pastry Chef’s is somewhat independent, he/she must ensure the galley is clean before the next day shift comes on.
