- Maintains the "duty bar" from mid-morning until closing, depending on passenger demand, in co-operation with the Barkeeper

- Handle currency exchange
- Issuing and inventory of crew uniform as directed

- Maintains Baker's/ Pastry Chef’s provisions and ordering as necessary in co-operation with the Chef de Cuisine
- Must keep a schedule that allows for early preparation of fresh breakfast rolls & pastries
- As the Baker/Pastry Chef’s is somewhat independent, he/she must ensure the galley is clean before the next day shift comes on.
